compack函数

创建一个新数组，包含原数组中所有的非假值元素。
例如false, null,0, "", undefined, 和 NaN 都是被认为是"假值"。

一般用于过滤数组中的假值

在定义返回类型时候,采用Exclude条件类型把null、undefiend、false、 0 、""、这几种值排除掉.
